Element Request is our RFQ module that helps marketing procurement teams drive up the quality of delivery and drive down the cost of supply.

Users send print requests to suppliers for quotes, and Element automatically organises responses to enable procurement to make best value decisions based on metrics they can implement, for example criteria such as cost, surety of supply, quality of supply and carbon footprint. It collects data to facilitate regular analysis on procurement trends and costs.

Element Shop

Element Shop is our end-user portal that allows remote teams such as individual stores to place orders from a catalogue of products.

These products can be sourced from multiple suppliers and can be anything from printed materials, to store fixtures or work wear. It also has a personalisation feature to manage localised marketing. It has two-way communication between head office and stores, for head office to inform stores up upcoming promotions, or for stores to send photos of campaign execution to measure compliance, or to update head office with store layout information, such as fixtures and fittings.
