It can be used by customers to send orders direct to you, or by you to connect with your suppliers to get information such as stock levels or delivery reports..
Element Connect uses industry-standard security and cryptography techniques to ensure maximum cyber security and to give your customers the assurance that you take security seriously.
As well as receiving information from customers, Element Connect can send tracking, reporting and other data back to your customers, using standard techniques such as API calls or SFTP data transfer.
Element Connect understands all the popular data exchange methods such as JSON, XML, cXML and even good old CSV.
